A four-session sprint spread over eight weeks. We map your revenue streams, identify the one or two levers with the highest return, and build a 90-day action plan you can hand straight to your team. Most clients see a 12-18% revenue lift within the first quarter after completing the sprint.
Ongoing leadership coaching
Fortnightly one-to-one calls (60 minutes each) with your coach, plus async support via email between sessions. We cover decision-making, delegation, difficult conversations with staff, and personal productivity. The minimum commitment is three months so we have enough time to change habits, not just discuss them.
Team alignment workshops
A full-day or half-day on-site workshop for teams of 4 to 20. We facilitate structured exercises around roles, priorities, and communication norms. You leave with a written operating agreement your team actually wrote together, which means they actually follow it. Financial clarity review
We are not accountants, but we help you read your own numbers. Over two sessions we walk through your P&L, cash-flow forecast, and pricing model. The goal is simple: you should be able to glance at a monthly report and know within five minutes whether the business is on track or drifting.
